2008 Old Home Days Glorious Celebration
East Hampton's weekend-long Old Home Days Glorious Celebration is probably most famous for presenting Middlesex County's largest parade and for hosting the 5K Glorious Gallop road race. Over the past few years, however, Old Home Days has steadily improved upon its strong entertainment lineups and that trend will continue in 2008. As always, all are invited to attend and the festivities will be held in the field that lies between Center School, the Post Office, and the Congregational Church in the center of town. In 2008, Old Home Days takes place from Thursday, July 10 though Saturday, July 12.
The next meeting for the preparations of the 2008 Old Home Days Glorious Celebration will be held on Monday, February 4, 2008 in the Community Room at the East Hampton Public Library at 6:30 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting.
